Panorama hike in Feld am See

From the Kirchenplatz in Feld am See, take a northward turn into Seestraße. This well accessible route is quite flat, leading you all the way to Erlach at the end of Lake Brennsee, and the walk back taking you along its Promenadenweg. The Brennsee is particularly lovely on a winter walk, with its romantic setting and a shimmering layer of ice. It is also great for ice skating!

Bad Kleinkirchheim – St. Oswald circular trail

Austria’s winter hiking trails never fail to amaze and the Bad Kleinkirchheim region has plenty of individual Sunshine Moments in store. Your winter walk starts at the Biosphärenparkbahn Brunnach, from where you follow Angerbichlweg. Carry on along the trail until it forks. Turn left into Mallnockweg, continuing past Kirchleitn-Dorf Großwild until you get to Oswin-Moro Weg. This path will take you past the Wegerstadl, before reaching Wasserweg. Pause for a moment, take a deep breath and enjoy the fresh winter air and your impressive surroundings. Now continue straight on past the Alte Schmiede until you reach St. Oswalder Straße. Follow the pavement back to Kirchleitn-Dorf Kleinwild, then turn left and continue walking until you meet the slope behind Gasthof Hinteregger. Keep to the right and follow the short trail back down to your starting point.
