As of late, you can buy the real "Kärntner Nock Hendl" (chicken) from here! The organic chicks are raised with love amidst the Carinthian Nockberge mountains. Once they are four weeks old they spend almost all of the day in the fresh mountain air, soaking up the sun as they look for worms.
