Georg Aschbacher and his son Hans-Jörg run the bath house for the eighth generation. Every day they call out with their distinctive cry of "Booooodn!" (Which means bathing in English) to join the bathing delight and the inhabitants of the seven guestrooms and day guests gather in happy anticipation.

Hours before the bathing delight begins, stones with precious minerals are heated. Bath attendant Georg stacks wood and stones in six layers and lights the fire. More than two hours later the smouldering stones are placed into tubs with freezing cold spring
water containing radon. Let the pleasant bathing cures that have been popular since the 17th and 18th centuries begin! When house guests are finished bathing the 500 year old former farm opens its gates for day guests at 10am. A bathing cure is a perfect prevention of arthritis and rheumatism.
