Hike over the gentle topography of the Nockberge Mountains from hut to hut. On the south-facing side of the Nockberge Mountains you’ll find the idyllic mountain huts of Carinthia, some of which are over 400 years old!
Take in the mountain atmosphere and Carinthian specialities: homemade bread and ham, self-distilled schnapps and a special flair that makes you feel like time has stood still for years. In the approximately 50 huts of the Nockberge National Park you’ll be served and taken care of by friendly local alpine herdsmen and dairymen. You can often spend the night in the huts as well.
