When they dash away there’s no holding back. Sassy and Lena, the two huskies, are a guarantee for an exceptional experience in the Nockberge Mountains.

For now, this special winter’s day is offered on three dates in cooperation with the Krainer sports school and the Hannes Asperger sled dog school.

On Sunday, 30^th May 2010, the “Carinthia Cycle Marathon in Bad Kleinkirchheim” will take place for the second time. Organised by the Feld am See cycle club, in addition to the athletic challenge, the cycling marathon is particularly fascinating because of the scenic landscapes along the route.

The start and finish of this cycling marathon will again be Bad Kleinkirchheim. Those who make it to the finish line will have conquered a total of 106 kilometres and 2,150 metres difference in altitude.

Route A “Nockalm Circuit”: start at 9.00 in Bad Kleinkirchheim
Ebene Reichenau – Nockalm Road – Krems – Gmünd – Seeboden – Millstatt – Radenthein – Bad Kleinkirchheim (finish from 12.00).

NEW – Route B “2 Lakes Tour” (length: 65 km): start at 9.30 in Bad Kleinkirchheim
Patergassen – Gnesau – Himmelberg – Klösterle – Afritz – Feld am See – Radenthein – Bad Kleinkirchheim (finish from 12.00).

The folk music festival ”Wenn die Musi spielt” in Bad Kleinkirchheim/St. Oswald has by now become a guaranteed success.

The greatest Alpine Folks Music Event in the Alps on July 24, 2010 presents, once again, a large number of stars in
the contemplative idyll of the picturesque village. There is something really special about this enchanting mixture of festival and folk’s festival, with the quiet beauty of the surrounding landscape of this picturesque village, and the jubilation of thousands of spectators in the village, when the elite of the European Alpine Folks Music are in the Nock Mountains once again.
